Discipleship
Groups have two main functions in the Christian life: to grow in love of the things of God and to deepen relationships with each other. Different groups may focus on one or the other, but all of our groups strive to do both.
Below you'll find a listing of our current groups and when they meet. If childcare is provided for that group, it is included. Click each tab to find out more.
On Sunday mornings at 10:10am, we have Sunday school for all ages. Children and students are broken up into age- and stage-of-life appropriate groups, and adults have 5 classes to choose from. A nursery is provided.
On Monday evenings at 6:30pm, Karen Barlow teaches a Bible study in the chapel for adults. She teaches verve-by-verse through whole books or sections of the Bible. Childcare is provided.
On Monday evenings at 6:30pm, we have a Bible study for young men and fathers. Studies are either verse-by-verse through books or sections of the Bible or topical. Childcare is provided.
On one Saturday of each month, all men are invited to a men's breakfast from 8:00-9:00am in the chapel. We study important topics that are especially applicable to men. Dates are published beforehand.
On Thursday mornings at 9:00am, young moms meet in room 202 for verse-by-verse studies of the Bible. Childcare is provided.
On Saturday mornings at 7:00am, women meet in the chapel for verse-by-verse studies of the Bible.
One evening each month at 7:00pm, young moms meet in the chapel for Bible study on major doctrines and activities. Dates published beforehand.
On Sunday evenings, families with children from 1st-12th grade meet for family discipleship. Groups are broken down into four groups, generally by age. Every group will study one gospel, some of Paul's letters, a section of the Old Testament, systematic theology, apologetics, and church history. We meet from 6:00-7:00pm.
